- Please ensure that your recipient is available at the delivery location and during the delivery time slot to receive your floral product order.
- If at the time of delivery, your recipient is unable to receive your floral product order, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.
- Our floral products are delicate in nature, therefore we will not leave floral products outside of a recipient’s home or place of business.
- We will only dispatch deliveries after payment is cleared.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us 2 full working days in advance via WhatsApp +65 98603573 to reschedule delivery date.
- We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please WhatsApp +65 98603573 us immediately and provide photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution at our discretion.
- Shade & Hue Flora reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion.
